What is field marketing vs event marketing?

But as the practice’s use increased the scope of the roles broadened to include event strategy, ROI tracking, defining goals and metrics, creativity, marketing and sales, and content creation. Event marketing can be looked at as a role that exists within the larger scope of field marketing.

What does it do?

Field marketing creates personal connections through experiential marketing. It covers more of the importance of make a relationship with leads compared to digital marketing. If digital marketing is casting a wide net, field marketing is targeted fishing for relationships. This personal connection is inherent in in-person interactions, compared to communication online.
